Best Practice Templates/Layouts for all Health Verticals

Objective

The project aimed to create a more intuitive and user-friendly template that would serve as a unified guide for content creators and designers.

Solution

The optimized best practices template and guide improved the user experience and enhanced content consistency and clarity across the website. The case study highlights the design process, key features implemented, usability testing results, and the positive impact of the new template on the user experience and project outcomes.

Research

The research consisted of:

Comprehensive Audit:​

  • A base outline of all required sections was created.

  • Competitors' research

  • Information was gathered from the onboarding team. To understand the needs, behaviors, and preferences of the target audience.

 

Evaluation:

  • The effectiveness and usability of the new template were assessed.

  • Valuable feedback and insights were collected to refine the design.

Template Optimization:

  • The optimized best practices template enhanced user experience.

  • Improved content consistency and clarity across the website.
     

Based on the insights gathered, the following were delivered:

  • Subheadline: Explain how the result is delivered and call out the ideal customer.  

  • CTA (Call to Action): Ensure it's extremely prominent, possibly using wider, bigger banner-specific buttons for better visibility.

  • Image:   The main image should be viewed for an average of 6 seconds (according to a study) to connect with the audience emotionally. 

Problem/Solution Section

Address a problem and give a solution. The solution can be one of the services the doctor and lawyer provide.

Good to Pair with a Video:

  • Video will help keep visitors on their site, which is a great signal to Google.

  • Pages with video on them increase conversions by 86% on average.

Benefits Section
  • Put 3 most important benefits

  • Don’t talk about features, talk about the benefits of the provided services.

  • Features can be mentioned as the solution in the description of the benefit. 

Social Proof/Testimonials 

Incorporate 3 impactful testimonials that address concerns, doubts, or the benefits mentioned above.

  • Ensure testimonials are concise and to the point.

  • Include star ratings for quick recognition of a positive review.

  • Add a photo to enhance credibility.​

  • Highlight business reputation

  • It can be showcased in a list as bullets or a checklist with icons.

  • This area shouldn't be too long and everything should be clear for the patient/client to understand.

  • Clear and Concise Information: FAQs provide quick and easily accessible answers to common health-related questions, helping users find the information they need without navigating through extensive content.

  • Enhanced User Experience: By addressing common concerns and queries upfront, FAQs improve user satisfaction and reduce frustration, leading to a more positive and engaging experience on the health site.

  • Establish Trust and Credibility: Well-crafted FAQs demonstrate expertise and transparency, building trust with users and establishing the health site as a reliable and authoritative source of information.

Call To Action

CTA  addresses the same topic and reenforces the beginning of the homepage.

  • Engage with Users: It invites interaction! Visitors can ask questions, request info, or share feedback.

  • Offer Great Customer Service**: It provides a direct way to help visitors with their questions or concerns.

  • Look Professional: A contact form makes your site look polished and shows visitors you're ready to chat.
